Birthday Wish
Today.. is her birthday.. over the years, I would not have missed to wish her Happy Birthday, at least by sms.. but this year, I already donno whether I should or should not.. while I am doubtful and thinking about this this, time flies and soon the day will be over..
I didn send any wish, doesn’t mean I have forgotten this day.. just that.. .. .. we are no longer the same as we used to be.. people change.. situations change.. but I haven’t change and my feelings are still the same.. and probably will be.. for a long time to come..
Maybe one day.. Maybe some day.. Hopefully there will be a day.. I can again be the person to wish you happy birthday.. not as a fren.. but as “more than a fren”..
But in the mean time, we shall move on.. To meet new people, to see new things, to find the new “me”, to fulfill the next step in our life..
Finally HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! You were once the most precious one, in my heart..

Lost my thumbdrives, not 1 but 2
Everything was going well.. at about 10am it was tea break, so we all went for tea at a cafeteria..
After I came back to class.. at first I didn notice anything.. some time after that, when I thought of getting my water bottle, eh? where's my bag? I looked for it here and there.. no where to be seen!
After class I told my lecturer, and got everyone to help me to look for it, cannot find it too.. what the!! Was it stolen by someone?? I remembered I brought my PDA with me, and I took it out to use when I was in the lobby. Maybe at that time ppl saw me doing so and targeted me? Was it my enemy? Why I say that? Because there are tonnes of other bags in the room!!!! THERE'S EVEN 2 LAPTOP IN FRONT OF THE CLASS THERE.. WHY DIDNT THAT DUDE TAKE IT INSTEAD OF MY BAG?????????
Inside my bag, if I recall correctly, was my water bottle (give you la), my notepad (quite new, give you la..), and two thumbdrives (if you so want it, give you la).. But the things inside the thumbdrive, GIVE ME BACK!!!!!
One thumbdrive contains all the files I collected since I started working.. I don't know whether is there anything inside that is considered confidential.. maybe got maybe not.. But what can I do now? Make police report? For only 2 thumbdrives? I don't even know when and where and who took it.. If they really use the files for bad purposes.. HOW?????
The other thumbdrive lagi kek sim.. every thing from my study.. my notes, my assigns, my projects.. luckily now new sem.. if not? how I pass up my assign??????
As I said earlier, if you want the thumbdrive, I give you. But the files pls delete or return to me..
But really.. These thiefs.. I got only one phrase for you: "Hope you rot in Hell!!!!!!!!"
Lesson of the day: Don't bring a bag to course
Lesson of the day 2: Don't leave / bring your thumbdrive with important docs to course

Chinese man taking a loan
The loan officer agrees to accept the car ascollateral for the loan. The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the Chinese forusing a $250,000 Ferrari as collateral against a $5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives theFerrari into the bank's underground garage and parksit there.
Two weeks later, the Chinese returns, repays the$5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41. The loan officer says, "Sir, we are very happy to have hadyour business, and this transaction has worked outvery nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While youwere away, we checked you out and found that you are amulti-millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would youbother to borrow $5,000?" The Chinese replies: "Whereelse in New York City can I park my car for two weeksfor only $15.41 and expect it to be there when Ireturn?"
Ah you see, the mind of the Chinese...

Why British think 80% of M'sians coming to UK to study law?
UK Immigration Officer: Purpose of visit?
Visitor: I'm here to study law, sir.
Officer: You know, you must have a lot of lawyers in Malaysia.
Visitor: Why do you say that?
Officer: Well, i've been here for a good twenty years, and I'd say 80% of Malaysians I see here say they're here to read law.
Visitor: Oh, really? That's really something i never knew. Hard to believe in fact.
Officer: Just you watch, then. You just stand here until the next Malaysian comes along, and I'll bet he's here to read law.
*Visitor waits for 5 mins, Ah Chong from Malaysia comes to immigration counter*
Officer: Mr. Ah Chong, purpose of visit?
Ah Chong: Study lorr...
Sharing
As he began to eat his few bites of hamburger, the people around them kept looking over and whispering. You could tell they were thinking, "That poor old couple - all they can afford is one meal forthe two of them." As the man began to eat his fries a young man came to the table. He politely offered to buy another meal for the old couple. The old man said they were just fine - They were used to sharing everything.
The surrounding people noticed the little old lady hadn't eaten a bite. She sat there watching her husband eat and occasionally taking turns sipping the drink. Again the young man came over and begged them to let him buy another meal for them. This time the old woman said, "No, thank you, we are used to sharing everything." As the old man finished and was wiping his face neatly with the napkin, the young man again came over to the little old lady who had yet to eat a single bite of food and asked "What is it you are waiting for?" She answered.... "The teeth"

Office Blues
Does this mean I will be maintaining an iron fist? Well, no.. First of all, I welcome opinions and views of others.. But definately the final decision is in my hands. Secondly, my boss can always override my decisions.. hehe..
Another thing I would like to stress to myself (and maybe others?).. For me, there is always only black or white.. there is never such thing as gray in my dictionary. That's why for me, there can only be do it.. or don't.. there's no such thing as try. That's why also, whenever I hear other people saying things like: What to do (the worst thing I ever heard!).. Try lo.. etc.. I become very obsessed. If you want to do it.. then do it.. If not, no point to say those things.. It's like saying "I try to eat the apple" ??!! Try to eat the apple? You want then you put your mouth there and bite it.. If not, then throw it to the floor.. What the heck is try to eat it??? The same case for all other things in life.. Try to do it? What is the meaning of this phrase? Is there any forcefield stopping you from doing it? any invisible hand making you paralysed and unable to do it, such that need to "try"? The answer I think is very clear.. It's only the person's own will not to do it..
Finally come to an end to this article.. Strayed too much from what I originally want to remind myself: Take myself to the next level: Be braver and make the correct decisions and be more transparent (transparent to others..) .. :)

Me and chat, chat and me
But got 2 things wanna whine, the 1st is that I really hate those people who always reply slow in MSN.. come on, whoever you are or how famous you are, pls la, respect ppl a bit.. if you wanna initiate a chat with ppl, then pls show some respect.. who are you to keep ppl waiting here and there.. don tell me you got so much (100?) chat windows open until you need to wait until 5 min only can reply.. is this just a trick to show the famous-ness of tat person? beats me..
Secondly, if you wanna chat with ppl, you can also msg ppl first.. there is no rule that says gals cannot msg a guy first.. janganlah you see ppl online there for half an hour but you don wan msg him, but when he msg you first, then you blah blah non-stop... and then complain y never want to chat with you.. it's very stupid.. wan to jual mahal is it?
So now enacting these rules for myself:
Prim3 Chat Rules:
1. Keep me wait, no need chat
2. Me message first? Just you wait
3. Annoy me? Straight away block
4. Send me virus, will hack you back
5. Do all the above? You will regret!!

Time of change
1. Moving "house".. I should say moving office, from a small partition into my own room! Since my colleague is leaving is leaving for KL.. So as the "most senior" executive in my unit, I shall take over his room :) anyway, a new guy is coming.. and it has been the gossip topic ever since 1 week ago.. nobody knows where this new dude is from.. only knows he is from Sarawak (heck, Sarawak is a very big place).. and so, I also have to empty my space and my comp so that I can hand over to him on Monday.. I also had a lot of things to take over from the senior.. Actually those tasks he should have handed over to me when I first came in (he said so himself).. but due to I am too new that time, so now is better.. :D
2. Organising a farewell dinner for the senior.. I had been given the task as mentioned.. Since he had been a good friend, so I have decided to have a big one for him.. (even though some suggested places like hartz chicken, I dont think it is rather appropriate la..) so now I had to go to survery, get the price, collect money, make arrangements, confirm the order, etc..)
3. Thinking of how to divide the workload between my boss, myself and the new guy.. so that I may suggest to my boss.. unlike the old times, now I am the senior, so many things I have to start to take care.. I would very much like to ensure I do not have to go for the USP project anymore, as it is too much burden if I have to handle it together with the other major contracts.. not to mention if I handle it, I would have to go on lots of travelling also..
4. Assignments, projects.. assignments, projects... ouch! donno why the lecturers like to give those things when the sem is coming to a close.. pls la.. let ppl have a break ok? and unlike the rest.. my class' ppl are all working adults.. so work comes first ok? if really like to give so much work, at least make the sem longer la.. now we are using 3sem-a-year style.. which is not very fair.. ouch!

Does Management really know their Staffs? (Prim3: I do :P )
He approached the young man and calmly said to him,How much do you earn?"
The young man was quite amazed that he was asked such a personal question, he replied, none the less, "I earn $ 2 000.00 a month, Sir. Why?"
Without answering, the MD took out his wallet and removed $ 6000.00 cash then gave it to the young man and said:"Around here I pay people for working, not for standing around looking pretty! Here is 3 months 'salary', now GET OUT and don't come back".
The young man turned around and was quickly out of sight. Noticing a Few onlookers, the MD said in a very upset manner:"And that applies for everybody in this company".
He approached one of the onlookers and asked him,"Who's the young man that I just fired?" To which an amazing reply came of, "He was the pizza delivery man, Sir...!!!"He surprises... and walk away!!
Disappeared most of the time..
The Cameron Highlands course lasted one week and it was a continuation of the one in Penang, mainly about hardware and software maintenance of DEMS. During the course, I did went shopping.. haha.. bought many things.. tea, strawberry, strawberry juice concentrate, bookmarks, mata kucing, Cameron apples, etc.. wow.. it's the first time I did so much shopping.. haha.. but to tell the truth.. there were many places I had yet to go there.. including Bee farm, butterfly farm, strawberry farm, etc.. and in the strawberry farm, you actually get to pluck ur own strawberries and buy from them.. haha.. I did try something called water crest juice.. not bad.. it's a health drink btw.. The weather at Cameron is very cool.. much colder than in Genting.. and the air is very fresh.. this is the kind of environment every place should have.. instead of the hot air we get everyday.. -.-" i did take photos of the place and the things I bought.. will upload soon..
THe next course is in Multimedia College in KL. Nothing much to talk about here.. as usual anyway, the place is horrible.. the hostel is dirty.. if anyone stay there for one night.. i m sure they will complain.. and another thing is the toilets are shared.. so people had to go out and take their bath.. talk about that.. and I dare not go to their toilet.. if I got any business, big or small, I will just go downstairs where there's a very nice and clean toilet just beside the big lecture hall.. haha.. enough of the hostel, now for the food.. as expected, lots of hot stuff.. and dont know when did they changed cater.. the food is like.. haha.. I cant believe I actually put those things into my stomache.. oh well, I guess life's like that.. I cant expect to have good stuff when going to a place like that.. hope that's the last time I have to go there for a very long while!!!
I thought of going for the "Eye of Malaysia" (the big ferriswheel) while in MMC.. it's just nearby.. but the few times I wanted to go there.. the weather is like in a desert.. so had to cancel the thoughts.. many chance to go there next time anyway..
Enough said.. ;)

Malaysian Mathematics, Sad But True...
I find it most alarming that Malaysian schools teach our children the wrong things. I mean, can the children really apply what they are taught in school later in life? For example, can you imagine a mathematics question in a recent examination as follows?"
If an egg costs fifty Sen, and if you buy one-eighth of the egg, how much would you have to pay?"
Who in heaven's name will want to buy one-eighth of an egg? The shopkeeper will probably think you are crazy and he will be equally stupid to break the egg and measure one-eighth for you. Yet, this is how they structure the questions in Malaysianschools. Why not pose questions that would be more useful later in life when you go out into the world to earn your living?
To help Malaysia's Ministry of Education bid to face the realities of life, we are suggesting some questions they could use in our classrooms:
QUESTION 1
If you drive from Kuala Lumpur to Penang along the PLUS Highway and there are four speed traps along the way, and if each speed trap would cost you RM300.00 in fines, how much in fines would you accumulate by the time you reach Penang?
ANSWER (Choose one)
1. I would not suffer any fines as the oncoming cars would flash their headlights and I would slow down before coming to the speed trap.
2. I would only need to pay a total of RM80.00 as I would pay a RM20.00 bribe at each speed trap.
3. I would not be stopped as I am a UMNO Wakil Rakyat so I am exempted from speed traps.
QUESTION 2
If your Bumiputera company is awarded a RM150 million government contract, and you make a 20% profit, how much profit would be at the end of the contract period?
ANSWER (Choose one)
1. I will not be making a 20% profit as I would have to pay the Minister 10% and UMNO 5%.
2. I would make 30% profit, which is the progress payment I receive, after which I will abandon the project and let the government call for re-tender.
3. My company will not make any profit at all as I will siphon out all the profits and show a loss to avoid paying corporate tax.
QUESTION 3
If the ruling party obtained 54% of the popular votes in the last election and won 151 or 80% of the seats, and if it saw an increase of 10% in votes this election, how many more seats would it gain?
ANSWER (Choose one)
1. The ruling party will not show a 10% increase in votes, as it will stuff the ballot box with another 20% to give it a 30% vote increase.
2. The ruling party will win a...(Sorry, there were some lost words here, I can't figure out what it was)... which are the newly created seats in the delineation exercise recently done.
3. The ruling party has already decided it will win 90% of the seats and the votes have nothing to do with it.
QUESTION 4
If the national petroleum company, Petronas, pays a 5% royalty to Terengganu State and if the amount paid is RM800,000,000 per year, how much should Petronas have in the bank accumulated over the last 25 years?
ANSWER (Choose one)
1. Nobody is supposed to know as Petronas need not show its accounts to anyone except the Prime Minister and this information comes under the Official Secrets Act.
2. Petronas earns only 50% of its petroleum revenue from Terengganu so Petronas' total income accumulated in the banks over 25 years should be RM800 billion.
3. Petronas has nothing accumulated in the bank as all the money has spent bailing out companies and finance mega projects.

A Prayer for the Stressed!!!
Grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change,
the courage to change things i cannot accept,
and the wisdom to hide those bodies of those people
i had to kill today because they pissed me off.
And also, help me to be careful of those toes i step on today
as they may be connected to the ass that
i may have to kiss tomorrow.
Help me to always give 100% at work ......
14% on Monday
22% on Tuesday
30% on Wednesday
24% on Thursday
10% on Friday
And help me to remember ......
when i'm having a really bad day,
and it seems that people are trying to piss me off,
that it takes 34 muscles to frown but
only 4 to extend my middle finger and say
' BITE ME ! '
Siti Child Name if......
1) kalau kawin dgn org Jepun, mereka akn namakan anaknya HONDA SITI
2) kalau Kawin dengan orang media, anaknya nanti bersama PUBLI SITI
3) Kalau kawin dengan developer, anaknya nanti bernama SITI SQUARE
4) Kalau dapat anak kembar, dua2 nanti namanya TWIN SITI
5) Kalau kawin dgn professor, anknya nnti dinamakan UNIVER SITI

It had been a long time since I last fragged.. we fragged from 6pm to around 10pm.. then we went to eat at Jln Song.. Wow.. It was like they wanted to kill me.. leave the innocent me starving like that until that time.. ahahaha.. but it was a good time.. having back to the good ol' days of "Frag-and-nothing-else-I-cared" uni life.. ;)
Mr Pui finally got a job.. somewhere in Kuching.. although I don't really know the details of his job.. something related to programming I think.. but this dude had to think many many times before agreeing to it.. haha.. considering about the pay, the location, etc.. but what the heck.. everything had a start.. once you had the experience and knowledge and skills.. it's you who chooses the job, not the job chooses you.. this is something we all will experience.. so we have to look to the long-term future, and not the short-term one.. anyway, it's great for him.. and of cause for me, since he has like owed me so many meals already.. I am gonna have it back all at one go.. muahahhaa...
Also, had been watching Death Note lately.. not the manga.. not the movie, but the anime.. And I must say it is the next great thing I had ever watched.. people say the movie kind of dropped the whole series down.. and I can understand why after following the anime.. (I watched the movie first.. good thing for me).. the anime is much more detailed and more exciting than the movie.. The movie feels like it's kinda rushed.. and besides.. you can't really expect to fill 30++ episodes of anime into one or two movies.. ouch! and even though the anime is longer, there's still many parts not clear since it requires a lot of thinking and reasoning just to get the whole picture together.. all in all, I love the anime and enjoyed every moment of it.. I kind of watched 14 episodes all at one go.. haha.. great digestive system to absorp all the stories? ;)
oops.. forgot to intro: Death Note is about a guy who somehow managed to pick up a Death God's notebook.. any name written into this book by the owner will die.. the owner, Light used it to kill off criminals in Japan.. the police, with the help of a genius detective, L, attempts to find out who this person is and to stop him.. I am not saying that I 100% agree with what Light is doing.. even though they are criminals, we as humans do not have the right to decide on the life of others.. That is something only God can do.. what I enjoy about this series is how Light and L attempts to find out who the other one is and to get them to admit their crime/reveal his name.. ok enough of blabbering.. any more thing from me will become a serious spoiler for those haven watched..
hands getting tired.. prepare to go back luuuuu... :D

Marriage Choices
There is a man who has three girlfriends, but he does not know which one to marry. So he decides to give each one $5000 and see how each of them spends it.
The first one goes out and gets a total makeover with the money. She gets new clothes, a new hairdo, manicure, pedicure, the works, and tells the man, "I spent the money so I could look pretty for you because I love you so much."
The second one went out and bought new golf clubs, a CD player, a television, and a stereo and gives them to the man. She says, "I bought these gifts for you with the money because I love you so much."
The third one takes the $5000 and invests it in the stock market, doubles her investment, returns the $5000 to the man and reinvests the rest. She says, "I am investing the rest of the money for our future because I love you so much."
The man thought long and hard about how each of the women spent the money and decided to marry:
The one with prettiest face :P
Divorce News
"Pop, what are you talking about?" the son screams."
We can't stand the sight of each other any longer," the old man says "We're sick of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister in Chicago and tell her," and he hangs up.
Frantic, the son calls his sister, who explodes on the phone. "Like hell they're getting divorced," she shouts, "I'll take care of this." She calls Phoenix immediately, and screams at the old man, "You are NOT getting divorced. Don't do a single thing until I get there. I'm calling my brother back, and we'll both be there tomorrow. Until then, don't do a thing, DO YOU HEAR ME?" and hangs up.
The old man hangs up his phone, too, and turns to his wife. "Okay," he says, "they're coming for Thanksgiving. Now what do we tell them for Christmas?"

New Year New Hope
Anyway, last weekend was one heck weekend.. Since there's a request from a customer, so we had to bring him to Miri to do some corrective work.. Going to Miri? seems like normal right? yeah right.. if it's using flight then it's normal.. but we had to use car!!! wow.. it's the first time I had ever travelled so far.. and it's a VERY long journey.. Kch->Sibu ~ 6hrs, Sibu->Bintulu ~ 3hrs and Bintulu->Miri ~ 3hrs.. all in all.. one whole day for the entire journey to and fro (24hrs).. for west malaysians, this is acceptable.. (I used bus from Segamat to Penang and it took about 10hrs and I didn't feel anything, but tat was highways we were talking about).. For sarawak, the so-called "highway" is ermm.. not so highway after all.. the roads winding here and there.. and got many holes.. all caused by those heavy trucks passing by.. ouch! sit inside the car oso backache.. haha..
