Anyway, I just want to comment on it.. The customer is too damn nasty and noisy.. and no matter how wrong is the person/company selling the products and services to you, there's no use to shout/screaming/call ppl names/using foul language.. Things won't get solved this way.. and it will only degrade you as a stupid idiot and a bastard.. sorry to say this, but I am very pissed off by his attitude.. I also pity the customer service ppl as they are also salary takers.. you scold them also not much use for your problem.. and what if you were in their shoes.. how would you feel? I must praise the customer service dudes that they manage to be polite to tat bastard even though he such an idiot..
One last word: If you don't like the product/service, nobody force you to continue to use it..
